The Panthers really screwed over Andrew Brunette. They named him interim-coach all year so they could dump him if he didn't perform, and then they leave him hanging for a month after the season ends. He could have been out looking to fill another headcoach job if they had made the decision sooner. He did excellent for the Panthers.
