At Paddy Power, I have a few bets dating back to 2014 and the following years. Unfortunately they no longer show as open and I had to spend a lot of time and effort to get one settled.
Now I want to see a list of my open bets. I believe one more should have been awarded. Or if it has, I would like to see. (Jack Grealish to play for England). And I have a few more that remain open and should show, such as the future title of Camilla Parker Bowles, the result of the next Scottish independence election and more.
Unfortunately, Paddy Power only gave me one list, without text descriptions. Later attempts to get help have stalled. I get something else than what I ask for (ie I get newer bets) or I do not hear anything. I have tried for many months and spent several hours. Usually it starts with a robot that keeps spinning for many minutes, before someone promises from the escalation team promise to send some request and well, it stops...
