Once again BOL promos are deceiving

Sometimes I wonder why do I even bother with BOL. So I received an email last Sat for $25 free play if you wager on college player prop. I did and won. Now they’re saying it’s a risk free bet. But no where in the email, registration page or T&C does it say it’s a risk free bet. Ugh, they are so deceptive.

They are an absolute total clusterfuck right now. Software is a disaster, promos are a mess. No one there knows what they're doing anymore.

I received a 50% free play couple weeks ago and was saving to use on tournament - well it disappeared today as it had a 14 day expire. I didn't realize they expired at 14 days and they would not credit it back because it was an invite only and I didn't qualify but they gave it to me as a "courtesy" for "being a valued VIP member" - Gee thanks a lot. This book gone downhill big time with promos and free plays

I get 5 different types of those timeouts and logouts constantly. And the new software is just a total eyesore. The classic version can show 20 games, ML/SPREAD/TOTAL. The current one shows 4 games and just the ML. Always have to dig to find the others and scroll forever.
