Offshore Sportsbook Tier List – 2025

Introduction:
Happy New Year! Below is the updated organizational structure for the top offshore sportsbooks as of 2025. I've categorized them into tiers based on their overall performance, customer service, bonus structures, and reliability.

S Tier

These are the top-tier sportsbooks, offering exceptional services and rewarding experiences for bettors.

  1. BetAnySports
BetAnySports stands out as the industry leader for several reasons: top-notch customer service, a generous bonus structure, and an understanding approach to bettors’ needs. They offer a 25% cash bonus on each deposit up to $500, and payouts are fast and reliable. Even when I faced a losing streak, BetAnySports stepped up with special offers and perks to help me recover. The management is professional, with minimal KYC interference and incredibly quick payouts.
  2. BookMaker/JustBet
BookMaker and JustBet are known for their high limits and sharp lines. They consistently offer better odds than most sportsbooks, often providing underdog lines at +160 or better, while favorites are priced more favorably compared to competitors. Payouts are typically processed within 20 minutes, even for large withdrawals of up to $25,000. While the customer service is decent, JustBet offers a more personalized VIP experience. Their freeplay promotions come with high rollover requirements, but cash bonuses are consistently solid.
  3. YouWager
Despite being blacklisted by BookMaker Review for charging payout fees, YouWager deserves its place in the S Tier due to its superior lines and customer service. YouWager regularly offers lines better than BookMaker/JustBet and BetOnline, which is a major draw for bettors. Although they may charge a fee on large payouts, many bettors will never encounter this issue unless their winnings grow into the tens of thousands. Their bonuses are decent, though nothing extraordinary. Seasonal promotions tend to be the peak of their bonus offerings.
  4. WagerWeb
WagerWeb earns its spot in the S Tier for its consistent payouts, particularly in baseball betting, where they offer excellent lines. KYC verification is swift, and payouts are typically completed within a few hours. The bonuses are reasonable, with a manageable rollover. WagerWeb has long been reliable and continues to provide a great betting experience.

A Tier

These sportsbooks are very good but fall just short of the top tier due to certain limitations.

  1. BetOnline/SportsBetting
BetOnline and SportsBetting are solid sportsbooks with high limits and a wide variety of offerings. However, they lack strong promotional offers, and customer service can be off-putting at times. Despite these shortcomings, they are safe, reliable options, and their poker room is particularly fun. Their weekly cash boost rebate program is nice but doesn’t make up for the absence of standout bonuses.
  2. BetNow
BetNow has dropped from S Tier to A Tier due to low monthly payout limits and high rollover requirements. While their customer service is generally excellent, their bonus structure can be difficult to navigate. They have excellent hockey lines and offer fun poker games. Payouts are quick, often completed within 4-5 hours, but the $8,000 monthly crypto withdrawal limit can be restrictive.

B Tier

These sportsbooks are good but have notable drawbacks or limitations.

  1. BetUS
BetUS is known for always paying out, even when the stakes are high. They have a solid reputation for paying bettors, but their bonus structure is a mess. The 14x rollover with a policy restricting contributions to $2,000 per wager makes it difficult to take full advantage of promotions. BetUS recently renovated their casino, which is a positive update. They remain B Tier due to their reliability but need a major overhaul in their bonus offerings.
  2. MyBookie/Xbet
MyBookie and Xbet have a mixed reputation, with many complaints centered around their slow payout times. While they offer decent bonuses and consistently process withdrawals, payouts often take 26-30 hours, which is frustrating. Despite this, I’ve had no issues with limits or promotions, and I regularly make large withdrawals.
  3. BetDSI
BetDSI offers strong cash bonuses and quick payouts, typically processed in under 24 hours. However, their customer service is inconsistent, and they recently imposed a $5,000 weekly withdrawal limit. They are reliable for smaller bettors, but larger wins are often capped. Avoid going too heavy on the cash bonuses, as their terms limit potential profits to $10,000 a month.
  4. America’s Bookie
America’s Bookie caters to recreational bettors, offering low limits but a friendly environment and excellent customer service. Their bonuses are decent, and the staff, particularly Mike, will work with you to tailor promotions. Payouts are generally reliable, but the overall betting experience is better suited for casual players.

C Tier

These sportsbooks offer decent service but come with serious caveats or limitations.

  1. Bovada
Bovada has historically been a reliable option, but their reputation has suffered in recent years. Their customer service is lacking, and they’ve become notorious for disabling accounts for long periods during KYC processes. Bettors who win using bonuses often find themselves penalized due to confusing terms and conditions. While Bovada is still a popular choice for many, it’s a gamble when it comes to account security and payouts.
  2. BetMania Family
BetMania is on the rise, moving up from D Tier due to improved management. The sportsbook is becoming more reliable, though it still has some work to do in terms of payout processing and customer service.
  3. BetWhale
BetWhale is a newer sportsbook with a decent payout reputation, but their weekly withdrawal limits of $2,500 make it difficult for serious bettors to enjoy. Their rollovers can be quite high, making it challenging to cash out large sums quickly.

D Tier

These sportsbooks have serious issues with payouts, customer service, and overall reliability.

  1. Heritage Sports
Heritage is known for poor management and a lack of incentive for players. The sportsbook suffers from inconsistent payouts and questionable customer service practices. It’s a risky choice for bettors.
  2. Jazz/Looselines
While they eventually pay out, Jazz/Looselines is notorious for long delays, often taking several months to process withdrawals. The experience with them can be frustrating and unreliable.

F Tier (Should be Out of Business)

  1. EveryGame (formerly Intertops)
EveryGame is the worst sportsbook in the industry, with a reputation for robbing bettors, delaying payouts, and implementing excessive KYC processes. Their bonuses are a trap, and they will often disable accounts without warning. They are infamous for their slow payouts and customer service nightmares. Simply put, avoid this sportsbook at all costs.

Conclusion:
This tier list reflects my personal experiences and observations of these sportsbooks in 2025. As always, the landscape of offshore betting is constantly evolving, so it’s important to stay informed and carefully consider where you place your bets. Stay safe and bet responsibly!

Aren’t WagerWeb/Heritage and Bet105 all affiliated?

I’d likely put Heritage as a B+ with a negative watch - but otherwise your ratings are in line with my experience.

FWIW - I probably wouldn’t touch anything below an A on your scale - even the B’s are scary to me. Using the generally accepted A-F scale, a B on your scale would be many people’s D level.

Thoughts on Bettors Den and BetWWS - 2 new entries into the market ? Good experiences with both myself and both paid 5k+. Can’t say BetUS managed to do that without hassles - despite having far deeper resources.

I’m going to try them out this upcoming week, what’s your experience been like with them?

Willy at BetWWS was amazing to deal with.

BettorsDen has been solid - a few minor bumps a long the way come payout time - but once those were fixed - absolutely fine. (Just make sure you are using different addresses on each payout).

Just tried to sign up and their KYC process is like malfunctioning. Every time I submit the documents it says error resubmit the prove I’m not a robot thing. Tried on a different browser.

It’s absolutely insane how you can have BetDSI in B-tier. They scammed me for absolutely no reason and have ignored me for several months. I’ve also read about many others who have been scammed there too.

BetAny - Maybe an A shop. 100% no issues with payments. Odds offerings weak.
Bookmaker - One of the best around. I don't get betpoints or bonuses anymore but still willing to take action
You Wager - Limited experience with them (or BetPop). Bases lines are great for full game no question. Not sure they should be S, but not enough experience to say.
Wager Web - Probably an A shop. Lines are nothing special, but very reliable.

BetOnline/SB/LowVig - 100% should be a S shop. Bonuses might decide this for many players, but one of the most reliable books, plenty of offerings, still willing to take action even for those of us that are not offered bonuses anymore. Customer service is mediocre for sure, but never an issue and blazing fast payouts. Play, get paid.
BetNow has been solid. Too new from my personal experience to say much more but so far A fits.

BetUS - B seems high to me given the grief there, but I have been paid so that has value. Lines are garbage.
MyBookie/DSI - No way these shops are anything higher than a D for me. Maybe for players getting bonuses, but payout stories cannot warrant these shops being a B. MB limited me to $50 on NFL sides and $12.50 on bases team totals. That said, I did get paid when they did this. That is worth something. But afraid to take a bet...
Americas Bookie - no experience. Word is they are strictly a rec book, and hopefully good to that group.

C tier seems like a decent fit if BetMania family has new management and changed their ways. Had a nightmare getting paid by BetPhoenix but finally did get paid. Wouldn't try them again personally unless I hear many more positive stories of new Mgt. Bovada, whale, reasonable grades.

I didn't have the same negative experience with Heritage, but I have been limited. Never a payout issue.
Jazz - Limited experience playing there. Payout stories probably warrant the D rating.

Everygame - Maybe a higher rating for small rec players ($25/game), but slow payouts and games they play...not worth the headaches. Odds on European sports are close to pure theft. The holds are beyond awful. I literally don't know why anyone that bets futbol or any other European sports would play a dime here. Dealing 60+ cent lines on totals when Bookmaker is dealing often less than 20 cents. Insane.
