Will we ever see a new book open that will be a dominant force in the industry or are those days over? We have what we have and some will last and others will dwindle away?

There’s about 10 really top books that I’ve been around for 20+ years

You’ll never see any new ones they have no chance

New books creating massive interest- yes, it will happen.

New book creating massive interest and lasting 18 months without screwing players - nope.

It’s simple - too much competition from “legal” books for square action in the USA and too many established books to compete with.

Most likely - someone buys an established brand and changes things up - but it’s a hard market and navigating the legal challenges and competition would be damn near impossible unless someone is both well funded and well connected.
