Oakland A's - 1st Home game as Fav Tonight

Oakland has its first game as a favorite at home tonight vs the Royals.
Blackburn (OAK) is on the mound vs a relief game for the Royals.

The Royals have a quite a few lefties in their pen and Oakland is in the bottom 5 batting aginst southpaws. But Blackburn is pretty good for being on such a bad team.

Any thoughts on this bottom of the barrel matchup?

Actually, on May 7th they were ever so slightly favored over, you guessed it, KC, that was at KC.

They were darn near a pick em on April 28th when they hosted the Reds.

But otherwise it's been nothing but dog prices. This is clearly the most anyone has had to spend on them.

Sportsbook.ag is reporting 61% KC moneyline and 100% kc runline! Seems like sharp and square money is pounding this one.

I'm not sure which book the site I use to see this information uses so they may have been slight favs sometime in the season but it hasn't registered as such here....

As far off as it is, the line is moving towards my forecast, so far.

If I were betting this game I'd put half a unit on the KC Royals at plus money. They've been swinging the bats better lately and I think Oakland will find a way to lose this game. I ultimately didn't bet this game because there are far better spots on the card but I was close to taking a shot with the Royals.
