i am in agreement with sam. the best candidate needs to be hired. i could care less about color or gender. if a woman was an awesome coach, hire her. this whole thing that they "have to" mention when certain nationalities/races are not hired is tired and old.

It's an offensive league...there simply are not black OCs in the NFL.

The model to win is offensive coach paired w QB. The days of dudes like Zimmer or Tomlin or Ryan who don't communicate w the QB or stop into the offensive game plan are over. The differences in teams talent level is so thin, so minimal, that a win is often the result of one, usually an offensive one, or two decisions made in harmony between the HC & QB.
