Nitrobetting issues?

I have been a member at Nitrobetting for over 10 years. I am a diamond player. They are refusing to pay me my balance of over $30,000 and asking me to take a "Special payment plan" which is $4k one time per week.

Coming here as they no longer respond to emails, blocked me from chat, blocked me from telegram. Russell continues to gaslight me, speak down to me, insult me, and treat me like absolute crap. They do not respond to any emails and make threats to take it or leave it.

They admit they do not have proper licensing for payouts. They don't have the funds to pay players. And admit to not honoring their TOS.

I am begging for help as they need to update their terms and others need to be warned. Attached are two screenshots.

I’m not going to agree to anything. I am a diamond member. Mind you there are charging $400 a month to be a diamond member too.

I was told anything under 54 mbtc would not need special manager approval. So I was getting those periodically. Now they made a “special payment plan” that is way worse.

My goal is to bring visibility to others and warn them of what’s going on at NB. Based on other posts at SBR forums it looks like hundreds of people are being treated poorly too.

Understand BMR complaints must be flooded but I never heard back so wanted to at the least warn others and hope we can work together as a community to have them stop their shady tactics.

I am no longer playing my balance there as I know their goal is for me to lose it to avoid paying me. It’s just really upsetting.

I need to stand up for myself. I did nothing wrong and them to step over players, refuse to pay them timely, and not warn them of delays is not ok.

if they are ok taking large deposits then they should be ok paying players.

my goal is to promote visibility, warn others, and help push toward a solution. Let’s work together here and not let these evil companies walk all over us players.

No one can help you. They either pay you or they don’t. That’s how offshore is.

Take the 4k weekly. If/when you get paid in full, complain on every platform in the world and request they refund your $400 monthly Diamond fee since it seems they are not complying with the terms of that.

Antagonizing them will not help your cause.

Indeed. I hope others see this before signing up there. I hope Nitrobetting and their team see this post. I hope BMR mods see this and help me out.

the review BMR has up for them is far from the truth and others need to be warned. I hope they can update their review as hundreds of people are complaining about this.

appreciate the community here and providing the space for me to vent. Just sick of losing sleep over this, feeling hopeless, and taken advantage of.

Like @baus said if your goal is to get paid I would take what they can pay, chill, and be glad you’re getting paid

Then do all the complaining you want.

If your goal isn’t to ultimately get paid then complain publicly as much as you want

it’s pretty clear they aren’t going to be able to pay you in full despite your Diamond status and at least have come up with a plan to pay you back, which is better than some books who outright stuff

You may not think their payment plan is fair, but it’s the best you’re going to get it seems. It seems like take the payment plan or take nothing, your call

My guess is that payment plan will fizzle out but get whatever you can at this point. Much smaller amount but they took about half my balance about a year ago before I walked from using them for good on bets voided days after events. That clearly was it for me.

Wonder if they had a run on funds with BTC value increasing although now with their bonus preventing payouts until roll is complete, that risk should be lower for them than it was with their prior bonus structure (payouts could be taken at any time previously).

Who knows, they were already skating on thin ice and maybe Joe Public destroyed them in Dec. Vegas books got killed from the NFL in December, first time in 12 years. Probably couldn't handle teaser/money line parlay action the public loves to play.

Take the plan, hope for the best but thanks for posting and letting people know nothing has changed.

Little harsh, but true. Also a good lesson for anyone...spread your risk and keep balances in a range you are comfortable to lose if something happens (something non gaming related). I personally even keep balances at shops that are almost like a bank at a reasonable level (Bookmaker, BetOnline, etc). Just no reason not to be careful in general.

Getting your $30k out in two months is a hell of a lot better than getting stiffed if they’ll stick to it

Who knows if they will. Probably likely not given the state of things but I’d give them a chance if that’s what they say they’re willing to do

Is there any way for BMR to update their ratings for Nitrobetting? I assume nitrobetting is paying off BMR given the logo they advertise of BMR affiliation on their website homepage.

I wish I knew that one. I would tweak several on the list, Nitro being the top one at this point. They are down to D-. It does seem like these are not getting updated like they used to.

Keep us updated on how the payout goes. Hope for the best...
