Nitrobetting.eu withdrawal issue

I’ve been using bitcoin for over 14 years and I’ve never had an instance where a transaction has been stuck in pending for 48 hours. Nitrobetting is clearly paying the lowest fee, when they actually charge their players a fee for the withdrawal. They have the power to accelerate the transaction by increasing the fee or to cancel the pending transaction, which they’re refusing to do. They’re simply deflecting responsibility and gaslighting. This is frustrating.

Google parent pays for child or whatever it's called. If you receive btc funds from someone who used a super low fee, what you can do is send the funds again to yourself but pay a generous fee and this will get the previous transaction (and the new one) confirmed faster. We're talking $1 currently.

Appreciate the response. Doesn’t that have to be initiated by the sender which is Nitrobetting? There is nothing I can really do other than encourage Nitrobetting to use that fee.
