I had been playing at NitrogenSports -- then Nitrobetting -- for approximately a decade. I carried a balance of just over 1BTC there after a fortunately timed and significant drawdown in funds posted at the book late last year. Most recently (January?) I was able to make withdrawals of 1.5BTC, up to 6BTC per month, without too much hassle.

More recently I was informed I would be required to deposit 1mBTC and perform a 1x rollover to activate my account for withdrawals for some nonsense reason. I did this, and then was asked to go through a KYC process (certainly not anonymous anymore!). I completed that immediately, giving them photos of myself, my drivers license, and a recent utility bill (yes, I am an idiot). I waited *fifteen* business days for "management approval" to have withdrawals activated, growing increasingly annoyed at their lack of communication, occasionally receiving nothing for days at a time. I was finally allowed to withdraw approximately 5% of my balance (incurring a 5% withdrawal fee on the amount).

I asked them what my withdrawal limits were. I received nothing in response. I submitted another withdrawal request, which was rejected after 48 hours. The security team claimed it was done by mistake, and to submit another request. From the moment I received that email, I have no longer been able login to my account, and so I can only assume it's been deactivated or disabled. The chat representatives and customer service managers via email (all typically with a new name every time throughout much of this saga!) tell new and frequently very absurd lies that can be immediately contradicted by something else they've recently said. Now I hear "my case has been escalated," that they will "ensure [my] case is reviewed thoroughly", and that they "will provide [me] with clear and consistent updates." Obviously none of that has happened or will happen.

I have been making noise on SBR. I had been making noise in their Telegram group channel (which has now been wiped of my messages and locked to admin-only posting). I am now making noise here and with other review sites. I have plenty of screenshots and emails from them. To the administrators of this site: don't punish others by leaving that review up. It needs to be taken down ASAP. And if you, reader, play there, stop immediately and hope you can get your funds out.

Wow, that sucks esp consideing it sounds like a significant balance there now, esp with BTC prices.

I noticed on their website they don't push the anonymous anymore. Not is is just reserve the right to KYC. They used to also have that but really promoted the anonymous part.

I would guess they got killed on multi accounting by sharps. I got flagged once because a buddy and I both were betting on our own accounts and he didn't use his phone connection, instead my wifi. They flagged it as duplicate. I explained it and they let it go (about 16 months ago, start of last year's NFL).

Both is us had winning wagers voided days after events and ceased playing there at that point. Every BS reason why. We at least got paid on the way out.

Really hope you are able to get funds out. When we left, they changed their rules once again. Payouts were limited to 40 mBTC at that point and 2x per month. So at that rate, if you have anywhere near 1 full BTC there, you are looking at a year to get paid. Awful. We were lucky to have around 50 or 60 mBTC so it took a couple weeks.

Sounds like they got killed and figure they might as well screw over players as long as the can. With 96%+ of players being losing players, most will have no idea.

It's interesting that they tell everybody a different story about the withdrawal limits. I was told 60mBTC at a time (54mBTC to avoid management review... don't need to say more about that, I hope), up to five withdrawals a month, and of course the mandatory 0.25mBTC withdrawal fee if not withdrawing in LTC.

I'm hypothesizing that the new management as of several months ago just stole the player balances and is bending over anybody that carried a real balance there. Again, I think this is somewhat my fault for ever carrying a longterm balance there, but it just wasn't an issue as of a year ago to withdraw large amounts.

I think there's a <1% chance they'll allow me to log into my account and place another withdrawal request that will be approved, so all I can do is post in as many places as I can that they're scamming.

Yep. Last year I was able to pull 100 mBTC at a time easily, and about this time last year pulled my entire balance of over that amount without issue. This was after the 3rd voided bet, post final results. Always "price was off market". The last one they had was literally 1 point better than Bookmaker when I bet the dog in an college hoops HT bet. 1 point does not warrant a voided bet. 5 points, sure. They do not like winning accounts period and the voided bets were just the start.

I think now with the KYC comments people are making on several boards that they got killed with bonuses and anonymous accounts. Probably way too easy to take advantage of that, although they did give me grief one time for using a VPN (was at work, didn't want to hit a gaming site on their internet) with a warning they don't allow it. Maybe that was their way to make it a tad more difficult for bonus harvesting. No idea...

Honestly now, their lines are just BetOnline openers with more juice in many cases. Their old software had some great spots to pick off. Now, why play here when you can just go to BetOnline for those same plays at better prices.
