i have sent in required documents for over 4 weeks but the website security team will not respond. lastly i have told them to either let me use the account or refund my deposit. However no replies or update to my emails over a week.

What are they asking for? Did Nitro change and now require KYC docs? One of their only plus spots was being anonymous and not needing to go through KYC. Just email, 2 factor and only 1 IP used as their security check (or home and mobile but only your IPs).

If they want ID now, zero value. They were not trust worthy to begin with.
