When you say top plays are adorned with a star - percentage wise is there a rule that you follow when deciding how much more to bet on these versus a standard bet? Is the top star 2x the standard bet for example?

Generally, top plays 3-5 units, occassionally sometimes but rarely as high as 10 Units on the very top plays when things are rolling. .5-3 units on regular plays.

Great game last night, Ravens lose by a toe out of bounds but at least the over had hit or more people might be mad.
