Stefanski is not terrible. The guy consistently has his team playing competitive football with a bottom tier QB. His schemes are pretty elite, I'd say he probably has the second best run game behind Kyle Shanahan. IMO he is a top 10 coach, maybe even higher. Imagine what he could do if he had an above average QB.

Definitely agree with you on Staley. My issue with Staley is that he is a defensive guy and he consistency has one of the worst defenses each season.
