During Spring Training New rules will be going into effect That in my opinion will raise the game totals and I am Sure the Bookmakers will adjust as well but do you guys see more overs especially in the Begininng ?
The rules include a first-ever pitch clock, the elimination of the shift, bigger bases and a limit to how many times a pitcher can disengage from the rubber.

The pitch clock favors the pitcher where the majority of pitchers like to keep the tempo going. The no shifts will favor hitters but overall I don’t see any major difference except for shorter games.

But the bigger bases adds more stolen bases which adds more runs
That’s relatively true but the whole art and philosophy of stealing is almost zero where I don’t see much impact. It’s like what SP98 was saying about bunting, players just don’t want to learn the core basics.

Geez, I figured with the implementation of the ghost runner in extra innings, all teams would have a specialized runner who would steal 3rd base. The art of bunting, stealing, sacrifice flys, etc is dead. It would take a team to be successful in doing those things and winning World Series (or going far in playoffs) to make other teams to do it.

With the bigger bases, you may have an increase in doubles and triples as players would have a higher percentage of being safe. Would it make a significant impact, I don’t know.

It will be interesting to see if there will be an impact. This is info on minor leagues who implemented pitch clock, though not all the other new changes:

The rules haven't had a noticeable effect on offensive numbers; teams are scoring 5.11 runs per game with timers in use, the same amount they scored in 2021 without pitch clocks.
