What does everyone think of Matchbook?

I have personally see the exchange offer great liquidity on handicap markets in American Sports, football and tennis. Odds are more often than not better than Pinnacle Sports, even after taking commission into consideration.

I agree. As a result I am placing more bets on US sports at Matchbook than I am at Pinnacle.
But I don't like the new interface and am still using the "classic" one despite its faults.

I received letter from matchbook customer support that my bet (1125897670110017) on Svetlana Kuznetsova vs Johanna Larsson was cancelled
My bet was placed lay Svetlana Kuznetsova 1.333 (Back 4 and the sum of bet was 2333EUR)
They told that the bet was cancelled as it was deemed outside fair market value, as the odds were at 1.95-2 which was 25% outside fair market.
But odds that they told about are wrong
Such odds were after 1st set
I placed bet in seventh game of 1st set
At that time correct odds were about 3
Also they have rule:
Matchbook is not responsible for any errors made by Customers when posting offers. Each Customer is responsible for their own awareness of the Matchbook terms, conditions and rules that apply to the markets they trade upon.
Therefore I'm sure that they have to resettle my bet as won
Also I can't enter to my account now
They stole my winning and now try to stole all balance
I play on Matchbook about 3 or maybe 4 years so I passed all verification and I provided them all information and documents they asked but I didn't receive any answer and still can't enter to my account
