netbet doesn't pay

I have opened an account with netbet 2 or 3 months ago, deposited and played for a while. I have won some money, and wednesday I had 892 euros on my account. Then I tried to withdraw 700 euros. Yesterday my account was frozen and I was told that I have to send documents which I send and were verified. They then called me on the phone and told me that will not pay me because according to them I have another account with netbet.com. I sincerely do not remember that since they are new in the market, as I know but this maybe true because Netbet bought last year another sportsbook and accounts from that book merged with Netbet. Netbet called me 3 times today when I threatened them that I will go public with this story. the truth is that they had 3 months to tell me that I had another account with them. the most important is that I never received any bonus from Netbet. I didn't have any idea of taking bonus from them. They just do not want to pay and I hope people will learn from my experience. Netbet.com will find any reason in the world just not to pay people...

Sometimes books don't discover multiple accounts until the person tries to do a withdrawal for the first time and the book runs security checks. Have you received your deposit back? You can email disputes@bookmakersreview.com if you haven't.

I have not played before with them. I have opened an account with another book that NEtbet bought. THe problem is that they have found an excuse not to pay and I think you are aware of that

Apologies if you have been through all of this already,Altini63 - but have you pointed out to Netbet that the multiple accounts issue occurred due to their takeover ? Itis possible that their system flagged it due to inadequate programming.

It seems they decided to pay. I haven't got anything yet, but they send an email and said they have ruled in my favour
