Kurt was on my list as a potential guy for me this week in contest. he is pretty good here. I watching watching and seen his car have 3 failed inspections and was not able to qualify. Today's key is stay the hell out of trouble. I would not go with an aggressive driver and pray your match-up guy isn't near one near the end.l
I used to be a huge Kurt Busch fan. I think I even have a bobblehead statue of him somewhere in the house. But, as you know, you have to leave emotions out of this business. The inspection issues, starting in the back, and no practice time on a track that's reeking havoc on the drivers all adds up to me someone who may struggle in the race and need multiple/massive adjustments.
Bowman qualified well at 5th, has a great crew with the #48 Hendricks team. He also has the 6th highest average point total at this track over the last 5 races.
