Reason for arrest....

he was held on a felony charge of “assault by strangulation — inflict serious injury” and a misdemeanor charge of “assault on female.”

Makes me wonder if its like the Trevor Bauer incident a couple years ago. There's not enough in the article to know.

"Assult on female " would seem to be an incredibly biased charge. Balls or box shouldn't play a role defining assult
