MyStake Banning account when they are not willing to pay

Hello guys!

I deposited 4k USD and then placed a bet and win 6870. After i was trying to withdraw for a while and was doing all the KYC requests. At the end when all of them were done i withdrawn an started waiting. Then i never got the money, so i checked the account and it had 3100 usd instead of full amount.

I checked the transaction and it said System withdraw of 3700 usd. Then I contact the chat and they say that i am accused of having multiple accounts, they didnt send any proof of it even if i requested, they confiscated the winnings and the part of the money and they will not allot to withdraw even the deposit.
Actually, there are now less money than I initially deposited into my account. Uppon checking betting history the bet is now showed as cashed out, after it was already won.

This issue was never addressed during registration, deposit, and any KYC step(which where 3 in total) so it is clearly that they made it up at the very end...

You can see also form the screenshots that they actually do not care because you sign their T&C so they can do whateverthey want.

I urge anyone considering using MyStake to be cautious and thoroughly research the site before making any deposits or bets. My experience serves as a warning of the potential risks if they dont want to pay you.

I already submited a complaint to Bookmakers review, hope they will manage to help me with the issue.

If you truly did not create another account then for what it's worth they are licensed with Curacao eGaming. You can dispute through them as well and see where that gets you. I've never tried or heard from anyone else that has disputed through them so I don't know the process. My guess is they don't do shit there, but I could be wrong

Also not to rub salt in the wound but I would have researched this site before dumping 4k into it. Seems like they are blacklisted on other sites and have had problems in the past with stiffing peeps.
