So…
Here comes another story of someone getting bullied by Mybookie!
As like most, I have run up my account all the way to $3,000 from just a couple $100 dollars. Once I requested a payout request I was asked to provided documents for security reasons.
Government ID, Selfie + ID, and picture of CC showing numbers of the card. And not just for one card but for 4 different card numbers.
Both my ID pictures were approved, however my CC numbers are all from my virtual Apple Cash card. So I am not able to take a picture, I did send them a screenshot of my current card number. That picture got approved as well, but they wanted proof of the 3 other cards associated to my Apple Cash card however I requested new card numbers multiple times.
Once you request a new card number the old numbers are no longer accessible, you can’t go see them anywhere. I called Apple, and they forward me to Green dot where they weren’t able to help either or provided me with the information I needed.
So I called.. and told them the situation sent multiple screenshots of my all transactions with those cards. Eventually they asked for the bank statement for my Apple Cash card and that would due be accepted due to not having access to my those other card numbers anymore.
Later today that document was accepted, I was thrilled FINALLY I can get my money! Nope!! I contacted support asked how long it would be until my request was approved, and was told I need more documents. Again this time they asked for proof of the virtual card numbers showing the full CC number.
I was so confused.. I was just told by one person I didn’t need that if I provided my bank statement. Now I do? I contacted them again told them that the bank statement is for ALL my cards, and now I have been put on another review period & was told if they need anything from me they will call me..
This is crazy! Like always “one more” or “wait we do need that” or “ We know this virtual card with Apple is an issue to verify people’s identity, we need to find a new solution or process to fix this” all things I’ve been told today..
It’s completely sad. To have finally won, win i have lost $10,000’s on their website this is how I’m treated?
If anyone has experienced similar stories, or found solutions to how to solve this & finally obtain my withdrawal request PLEASE let me know! I would love to hear all the feedback possible.
