Is this the right place for this? I am a noob / new gambler. But long time OCD / want good customer service.

I don't want to be lured to a company because of marketing bonuses to sign on. And then be told you don't get the promo because you didn't dot your i or cross your t / something buried in the small print.

I've been through FanDuel and DraftKings so far. FanDuel is pitiful DraftKings has good support but tripping on themselves because of the confusing marketing emails and contradictory info the marketing says, and from rep to rep saying different things.

At least for me, it takes the fun out of betting.

Are these ones you like that it's just me? Have you had similar experiences with these companies? Are there ones you'd recommend?

I mean, this is true for every sportsbook. It's also true for bank, investment, and credit card bonuses if you ever go after those. If you're going to do a promotion - anywhere, not just at a sportsbook - you have to read the fine print before you sign up. That's just the way it is. And if you don't read the fine print and miss a requirement, what do you expect them to do? Sometimes they'll be forgiving if you ask, but you can't expect that since you own the mistake.

TLDR; Read the fine print and get paid 100% of the time.

Bonus offers are a major profit source for most sportsbooks. Tripping you up with terms and conditions is a key feature of their model. If you're going to play this game, you'd better break out your reading glasses and put a lot of thought into how they might screw you.
