My 5 rules/laws of gambling

2. Do not overreact to wins or losses

3. Being a contrarian = being a fool

4. Do not specialize in one sport

5. Sports knowledge can help you, but do not rely on it

Amen, I kind lump the "chasing" and being emotional with number 2
