Hi,Illina.Well, you now have a chat transcript in which they admitted that you were due the money, promised to pay you,and admitted that they had missed their own deadline.I suggest that you approach the reguatory authority, which appears to be Malta.Google' MrRingo regulated by' and you should get a complaint form to fill in.I tried to copy the address but failed.

You can access the Malta Gaming Authority complaints form at www.mga.org.mt/support/online-gaming-support/
The MrRingo homepage also makes mention of a Curacao licence, but I would definitely try Malta first. It's up to you, but I think I would contact MrRingo first and give them a final deadline by which the money should be in your Neteller account (3 working days perhaps). Make it clear to them that if you have not received the money by this deadline, then you will make a formal complaint against them to the Malta Gaming Authority by whom they are licensed. They may well continue to delay, but I don't think you are going to lose anything by giving them a final chance to pay you your winnings before you take the matter further.

Update: People, Malta Gaming Authority is not responsible for Mr Ringo Sportsbook. Here is the answer:

Dear Miss Saradinova,
Reference: Your e-mail dated 28th February 2017.
We are writing to acknowledge receipt of the above mentioned e-mail.
Malta Gaming Authority provides player protection by active monitoring of operators who trade under the Maltese Remote Gaming Regulations. Please note that Star World Limited (mrringo.com) only holds a Class 1 on 4 license (MGA/CL1/1020/2014) issued by the MGA for casino games only.
The sportsbook of the website Star World Limited (mrringo.com) you refer to in your email below is not registered or licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority and therefore is not regulated by MGA.

Unfortunately we are unable to assist you any further as their sportsbook is not licensed by Malta Gaming Authority. According to the below link kindly note that the sportsbook of such website is licensed by the laws of Curacao.

Yes, and now I have an answer from Curacao. MrRingo replied to Curacao with this e-mail:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please find Mr Ringo's reply below:

Thank you for the email regarding this issue.

The player in question has asked AskGamblers forum to be involved, even though they deny any wrong doing. The player was found to be playing in collaboration with another player account as well as the one mentioned.

As they have denied this, all evidence was sent to AskGamblers, for a 3rd party verification, as the player cannot be privy to the other account details whilst they deny it.

Best Regards,
CEG

This answer is absolutely unadequate. I have never had a dispute in AskGamblers for a collaboration with another player, I never had a collaboration with player, I had never denied anything becase I never had such a talk. Here is my complaint in AdkGamblers where you can see MrRingo answers and whether it corresponds with their reply to Curacao:

https://www.mrringo.com/en/agbs Hi,again,Illina. At the start of this message,I have posted a link to MrRingo's terms and conditions.Under 1.1 they say 'the operating website is www.mrringo.com.This website is licensed in Malta and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority'.The website clearly contains a Sportsbook as well as a casino. However,if you read down to 1.6,they make it clear that the Sportsbook is governed by Curacao.Bad news,I am afraid,as the Curacao authorities may not be as effective as the Maltese.

I'm not surprised that you didn't get much help from Curacao. Keep trying, though, as Mrringo will be hoping that you simply give up and go away - and that is the last thing you should do when a bookmaker tries to avoid paying you your legitimate winnings.

I had been about to suggest that you transfer the money to the casino to put it under the Maltese authorities' supervision - probably too late for that,as you have already submitted a complaint to them. From the AskGamblers forum it looks as if casino gamblers have had difficulty in getting paid by MrRingo, but that most have been paid eventually.I suggest you use the link provided by BMR Sandy higher up in this thread.Keep trying with the Curacao authorities as well, though.

Update 2 months later; MrRingo still doesnt pay. Support does not reply. Their sportsbook regulator Curacao sent back one unsatisfactory e-mail, I sent 3 more, and no answer. I am very dissapointed also from Curacao. This is not a normal regulator. If it was a normal regulator, MrRingo wouldnt exist anymore. But MrRinog exists, something more accepts deposits.

Thanks for updating us anyway,Illina.I note that MrRingo's odds are still listed on OddsPortal.I am guessing that they are still pulling in some new accounts/new money.Since you seem to have hit a brick wall with the Curacao regulator, the only route that I can think of is the link provided earlier in this thread by BMR.You could also try googling and contacting the people who they advertise with, the odds comparison websites that their odds are listed on,etc, although this may not get you the money that they owe you.

I notice that MrRingo seem to have a very active Twitter account (twitter.com/Mrringo_com). Have you thought about posting details of your experiences with them on Twitter yourself? It probably won't help you get your winnings, but it may well prevent other players from betting with them.

Update: After 3 months, I have an answer from MrRingo The Cheaters... Here it is:
Good afternoon Mrs.Saradinova

sadly I must inform you that a strong influx of users coming from your current country of residence have been identified as scamming the system itself. Due to this we regret to inform you that all bonuses and all the resulting winnings from the country itself are rendered void. The initial last deposit will be reimbursed and you have full access to it from this point onwards, but no more bonuses will be assigned to these countries. The deposit amount itself will be on the account. We apologize for any inconviences this may cause for you.

The sum of the reimbursed deposit itself is 100€

Sincerely,

Mr Ringo legal assistant, Sharon Madden

What a silly reason for confiscating winnings. Why accepting deposits if not accepting players. Something more, I have screenshot of the previous terms and conditions.

But I have good news- I am in correspondence with Interpol about computer frauds. If Curacao doesnt help, police will...
