Hi, i hope that You could help me.
I would like you to describe my situation right now. Month ago i found a Mrringo.com betting company advertising on internet. Checked few forums and didn't find anythink wrong/bad with this betting company. Mrringo.com support team answered via email that players from Lithuania are allowerd to play at Mrringo.com and use all Sportsbook/Casino promotions and bonuses.( have email proof how support says players are allowed )
So i open account on Mrringo.com and made a deposit for 100e ( as a new member i get 200e ) . After bit more than 1 week i made all rollover requirements and my Bonus money turned into Real money. I had around 1800 euro. Then i asked online support or my rollover is clearly done and i can make a withdrawal. They answered me that everythink is fine and now i can make a withdrawal. Their rules says that withdrawal takes 1-2 banking days. After 3rd banking day i asked them why it takes so long. Answer was " it is pending " then few days later answer was " it is in process, need to wait more " . They delayed after every my single question that need to wait more. Finally today ( after two weeks when i made a withdrawal ) they told me that it takes so long because of eastern, holidays. When i explain them that by the rules it supposted to be made even before eastern holidays they answered me that all promotions and bonuses are not allowed to players from Lithuania and i won't get my money back. Then they sended me a screen shot of new list of countries which are allowed to get bonus ( there's no Lithuania ) But I'm sure that when i created account Lithuania was in that list.
So in general they let me to play make a deposit, they let me to get first deposit bonus, they let me to bet, they let me to make a withdrawal, then they delayed my withdrawal for two weeks with excusions like " need to wait more , it's pending " and now they are trying to steal my money. I hope that you could help me to solve this problem.
I'm waiting for your answer,
Best Regards, Aistė

Hi Aistyte0724, thank you for sharing your experience with the board. Did you tried to contact them again and use the email sent to you as a basis for stating that your place is being accepted by their site?

No, actually i did not. Because not sure or it's good idea, because they will create some other reason to do not give me my money back. I just wrote them an email that i have proof that Support of Mrringo answered that i'm ( Lithuanian player ) are allowed to play and use all bonuses.

After i told them that they answered that I lie because my first speech on Livechat is few days after i created id on Mrringo and that speech was not about promotions or allowed or not allowed. But the point is that i wrote email to ask about Lithuanian players even before i had account in Mrringo.com

So should i write them with a proof that they answered that Lithuanians are allowed?

Yes,Aistyte0724,you should write to them with the proof,in my opinion, because you were entitled to rely on what they told you in that email when you started betting with them. Not saying they won't come up with some other excuse, but that is your obvious way forward,so you should take it.

Sadly, there have been other complaints about MrRingo, both here and on other forums.Their Casino is regulated by the Malta gaming authority, but their sportsbook is regulated by the Curacao gaming authority.Google the correct authority for links to complain - the Malta gaming authority has a decent reputation.

The short answer,Aistye,is we just don't know, because we don't know what MrRingo's financial situation is.The stats on the casino forum that I looked at suggested that people were getting paid after some delays. So if your bets were on MrRingo's casino, which is regulated by Malta, and you complain to the Maltese authorities, who have a good reputation, then you have a fair chance of getting paid.If your bets were on MrRingo's sportsbook, which is regulated by the Curacao authorities, who have a not-so-wonderful reputation, then you have a smaller chance of getting paid.

means i will lost my money , sadly. But how in 21th century can exists such a betting companys as Mrringo and they scam people? They simply stole 1800 euro from me and i have nothing to do?First they delay few weeeks with explanations like " we are busy, etc. " and then just answer that they won't pay me.

That is a good question,Aistyte.MrRingo are able to advertise for new customers, because the people who they advertise with don't really care if they trade fairly and pay their winning customers, they only care that they the advertisers have been paid.So all that we can do is warn people on forums and sites like this to steer clear of MrRingo and bookmakers like them.

Unfortunately I think that's very likely true. There's never any guarantee that a bookmaker won't defraud you and steal from you, but if you bet with a bookmaker who also has a UK licence (the UK Gambling Commission is one of the stricter regulators) as well as a European one, then you probably reduce your chances of being scammed.
