My Dad went to school there for a couple years. He said at one time there were more millionaires in Fargo per capita than in any other city in the US.

I think previously there used to be an NCAA rule where a team had to average so much in attendance to be considered an FBS school. That rule has been removed. The NDSU Fargodome seats 19000 for football which is bigger than the smallest FBS schools' attendance.
