legally, stuff like that doesn't matter

like when a grocery store parking lot puts up a sign saying "we are not responsible for damage done by carts"... they are absolutely responsible if they don't reasonably clear the lot

i could put up a sign in my yard saying any dog that pees within 500 feet of my property, the owner owes me $100,000

For incidents like this, you have to believe the family will sue.... The Team will settle to avoid bad publicity. It would cost them more in legal fees and loss of public sentiment than it would be to settle.

yeah they're just trying to trick people into giving up their rights

"we are not responsible for damages done by bats or balls"... so if one of their employees just starts bashing fans with a baseball bat they aren't responsible lol
