Reasoning for Athletics? They would have to be well over 150 for me. Their bats slowed a LOT in past week. Dodgers lineup not great right now but River Ryan looked like a fucking stud last start.

Best is easy, +96 in 2012, would have been +100 if not for ninth inning of last World Series game where I went from 2-0 to 0-2 (Damn you Matt Harvey).

Worst before this year was -28,sonething, I forget the exact year. That record is in jeopardy LOL

Reasoning for Athletics? They would have to be well over 150 for me. Their bats slowed a LOT in past week. Dodgers lineup not great right now but River Ryan looked like a fucking stud last start.

Ryan does not deserve to be favored by this much on road after 2 Major League starts with an undeservred ERA (xFIP around 4.90). He has high walk rate (did in minors too) and scores high in LUCK so far ( .222 BABIP allowed and 83.3% strand rate).

Bido actually rates 105 overall in Stuff+ with 3 separate pitches over 100 including 131 in slider, his ERA and xFIP are skewed by one bad start last time. At this price, I am willing to write that start off as an outlier.

So really more anti-Ryan than pro-Bido, though latter is better than his ERA.
