From what I read, main issues are the league minimum salary which is $600k players want it to be $750k, and raise the team luxury tax threshold, and free agency which starts at 6 years of service time which players want listed to 5 years - doesn't seem like too many differences too far apart really, so I doubt the lockout will last very long.
