MLB Early Season Standings - Some suprises

I realize its still early in the season but so far a couple of suprises (that may or may not last).

Baltimore at 9-13.... I had them near the top of the AL preseason. Gunner was out and I expect they will turn things around.
Aside from the Orioles, maybe the Guardians at 14-9 is a slight suprise but, not shocking.

In the NL the Braves have to be a surprise at 9-14. Wow.
I also thought PIT would be a little better than 9-15. Their pitching isn't that bad. Their batting is horrible at 0.218 AVG so far.

NL West has 4 out of 5 best standings in NL.

I'd probably pick the Padres to win it all right now. They are almost top 5 in every category:

San Diego
Batting AVG 7th
Relief ERA 2nd
Starting ERA 5th

Shockingly, SD and Detroit are the only teams in top 10 in these 3 categories:

Detroit
Batting AVG 9th
Relief ERA 4th
Starting ERA 8th

Cleveland might be considered more lucky than good. They are 2nd in AL standings but, based on runs-scored and runs-allowed, they have 3 more wins than would be expected.

Definitely. I had them at #2 in entire MLB preseason.
Not sure what to think about them right now.

I keep thinking..."It's a long season"

Meaning every team will slump and maybe they just started with it. They could go on a run, they should regress somewhat to some other mean, lol.
