There's a lot of pushback but when the built the new stadium they did that seat license deal so it's not so much as canceling since you need to sell the PSL, but there's plenty of tickets for sale and seat licenses if you'd like!

It was a stupid move by Vikes, a distraction they didn't need & their sponsors dont want.

Could have simply let the Twins or Wolves do the whole gay thing, Vikings are a whole different fan base, solely suburban white men.

I think more & more teams will opt to forgoe cheer leaders because of this.

The business of football doesn't require a controversial or non traditional cheering program.

Nobody putting out a team calender w a fukking guy flaming around grating his cahwk as cheerleader of the month of July, etc. Hence, it's just a media grabbing woke gimmick.

They're like the wnba...the parent league will offer it, so long as it stays non controversial and doesn't overshadow the main product.

Once it becomes a subject that intervenes w sponsors concerns or the football itself, then its gone.

Nobody is buying extra tickets or more concessions to watch this shit so you have to ask yourself why its there?
