I think they're better off just relocating the game. The Buccaneers have already evacuated the area. Even if they end up having the game at home I doubt there will be many fans in attendance

The Sunday Night Football game between the Chiefs and Bucs remains scheduled for Raymond James Stadium in Tampa. However, if the game must move because of the aftereffects of Hurricane Ian, it would be played in Minneapolis.

The last thing Tampa wants is 75000 people driving around lookong for non existant gas, staples, grocery or limited power resources, while 3mm are driving back home to Lee & Collier & Sarasota County

Same w baseball. You got Tampa playing the Twins in snow in April, you got LA up here in October playing night games in the 40s. Never understood it... teams that have advantageous circumstances should be scheduled around them. Toronto can host whenever, Minny or Milwaukee cannot. The TX, FL & SoCal teams can host whenever early, UT no point to doing Miami baseball in Oct or SF in Oct if we can schedule them to play up the coast or in the sunbelt. Same w Rockies....guys running around in stocking caps isn't baseball
