anyone else get migraines often?

lately i've been getting them more than usual, and got hit with one just now. I get aura's so i can't see half the things i'm looking at, then i get a raging headache to the point where i hear throbbing in my ears. if i dont take meds, i get so so sick.

i usually take goodies powdered aspiring, but do you have any better medicine recommendations? it isn't helping right now and i feel like my head is going to explode

i try to! the weather in chicago has been very cold, gloomy and also bright so i think it's from the weather today. the cold could be dehydrating me too because my eyes have been nonstop burning (florida girl in cold weather problems)

thank you rudy, i will pick some up on the way to the airport. i've never tried excedrin actually. goodies usually always helps but for some reason, today's is over the top

Look for cherry flavored

A lot of ppl wont take BC because of the taste

Doesn't bother me just pour them back of your tongue & flush

Try vitamins that are very high in B vitamins like Animal Pak and always salt your food.

the taste shouldn't bother me, so i'll let you know if it helps or not for sure
