What team did mich face all year with the skill players, passing attack, and qb as good as wash? If Penix has time in the pocket he will beat their secondary.

Well let's put it this way....

It will probably be the biggest test this year for both teams

I think Michigan wins but I kind of lean Washington +4.5. That line seems a little wide because Washington has a prolific offense. I think they can put up some points in this game enough to keep it close but I think Michigan's defense is just too nasty and will make a stop late to win the game by 4 or something like that.

Yeah I have a feeling that will be the game plan. Texas got away from the run last night. Harbaugh loves the 3 yds and a pile of guys style of play and im sure he is concerned with his defense holding down the wash skill players. As I mentioned before, all of the big ten defensive numbers should be taken with a grain of salt because the big ten offenses suck. Alabama was a much better matchup because they dont have a good passing gm.

That might be what I end up going with as far as a side. I think Michigan's defense is just too strong this year. Penix is great and Washington will make this a better championship game than last year's disaster but ultimately I think Michigan is just too much here.
