20 years ago I bought solid oak table and chair from him. Still have it. The wife has refinished it twice over the years. Stuff lasts forever.

His place is actually less expensive relative to other stores. But, I agree the markup is 50-80%. When I shopped at his place it was a 3-4 large circus tents on his lot with furniture in them. He actually made the deal with me on our stuff. Not sure how that happened but I was negotiating with him.


I see NYY vs NYM rights now on my radar as well.
