I was a marathonbet customer and used my account for several months, but in September 2022 they blocked my account and asked me for documents for the verification process. I sent it to them 2 months ago and they never returned it to me. Every time I try to contact them in chat, they send me the same email saying "Your Marathonbet account was recently blocked as part of our standard account review process. This review is still ongoing and we apologize for the inconvenience.
Thank you for your patience as this review continues. We'll get back to you as soon as it's complete."
But it's been 2 months and I just want to withdraw my money from this booking. I never thought I would have this disappointment with the booking. Please if anyone knows how to fix this situation , Help me.
