Marathon bet withdraw problem

I have been betting with marathon for 3/4 months depositing and withdrawing every week or so, on the 18th March they then blocked me from withdrawing what I had in my account at the time which was £789. They asked for ID and proof of funds which I was happy to provide. They come back to me advising they needed more ID once again I provided this. I have spoke to the live chat and had emails saying they would give me a final email in 48 hours which I haven’t received.

Can anyone give me any advice on how to get my money back or can anyone let me know if they’ve been in a similar situation and how it was sorted
