Hi all its been nearly 48 hours and my withdrawal is still not approved.
I have provided docs but they said said my utility bill was no good as my 1st name was an initial. I send a council tax letter and my passport again but no response.
Customer chat fobs me off. Emailing customer service has no response.
I dont know what more to do.
I have 3k to withdraw.
Any advice guys?
