that might be a stretch there Wager imo. Look what BIll did once Tom left. I think it's more the player that makes the coach than the other way around. Yeah Reid a great coach no doubt. but if you had your choice to start team and the pick was Mahomes or Reid who would you take. Give me Mahomes and I will find a really good coach.

But as for now odds are against it as the only Super Great quarterbacks who have proven that their success wasn't because of a team & system they fit perfectly in or was comfortable with, are Peyton Manning & Tom Brady, who won a super bowl with one team and then went to another team and led then to one as well
