on 9/1/2014 i opened an account with lsbet.com , deposited 240 euro and got 120 as welcome bonus, after 2 weeks of wagering i was getting closer to complete the turnover and my balance was nearly 4000euro, on sunday i went to the chat to ask what was my turnover left, ive been told there was still 117 euro to be wagered, after i made further bets for that amount i requested a couple of withdraw (1400+1400) leaving on my lsbet account nearly 1000euro to continue betting with them. on Monday my account was locked and i wasnt able to logging in. i went to the chat service and they told me the account was suspended because i havent provided the verification documents requested via email on sunday (24h earlier....) and also that i still had 370 euro to complete the turnover. i told the customer service that the documents were sent via email to them on sunday night and that i was given wrong information from them regarding my rollover the day before, upon checking it they told me there was a mistake by them saying there was 117euro to be wagered, the correct amount was 370. after they've checked my docs they requested me to provide a different ID a different utility bill and a couple of photos with me holding my ID and with my holding a paper with my lsbet account number. all those additional documents were sent to them on sunday night. this morning i asked on chat if my account was unlocked they told me yes and they also told me that i can withdraw the amount deposited (240euro), they took 3643 euro AWAY from my account saying ive broke rules 2 of their welcome bonus t&c and so all my winnings were forfaited. this is the worst betting experience i ever had on a online sportsbook, they simply stole my money without giving more then a standard explanation. im also contacting the curucao gambling commission to know if i can do something because i feel robbed.
