Lsbet confiscated winnings

Hi

I registered account on Lsbet couple of weeks ago. I placed over 40 bets. I didn't take deposit. Today my account was closed and all my winnings (980 euro) confiscated. When I contacted CS I was informed that I violated t&c rule which is:

"1.2.4 The Player’s Account must be registered in Player’s own, correct, name and personal details and it shall only be issued once for the Player and not duplicated through any other person, family, household, address (postal or IP), email address, or any environment where computers are shared (e.g. schools, workplaces, public libraries etc), computer (or other access device), and/or account in respect of the Services. Any other accounts which the Player opens with the Company, or which are beneficially owned by the Player in relation to the Services shall be "Duplicate Accounts". The Company has right to close any Duplicate Account (but shall not be obliged to do so). If the Company close a Duplicate Account;"

I do not have any other account in Lsbet. This is my only one account.
They told me that decision is final but have not provide any prove.
That behaviour cannot be accepted.

They also wanted photo of me holding Lsbet client id, my Id card photo, skrill screen shot and utility bill which I send them.

Anyone had similar experience with Lsbet?

Here is the official reply we got from LSbet, which we publish with their permission:

<em>In order to assure you and your client that we are playing fair and
responsible for our customers funds, we would like to explain to you
(and to your clients) the current situation.

<em>1. content removed as it contained the player's infomation

<em>2. This customer registered address is Legnica town in Poland.

<em>3. Within few weeks we received about 10 registrations from the town
mentioned above, while most of the clients have very similar addresses
(including same streets and even number of houses).

<em>4. Moreover, during last days, our trade department found that all this
group of customers placing exactly the same bets on very rare soccer
leagues (i.e. On 29/06 all the memebrs of this group of "Abusers" placed
bets on the match of SHERIFF TIRASPOL (in Moldova Super Cup). All other
bets of this group have been very similar to each other.

<em>5. Most of the bets of this group have been settled as lost and only 3
out of 10 accounts in this group have positive balance.

<em>6. All 10 accounts of this group has been closed on LSbet.com and email
notice to withdraw the amount of their initial deposit has been sent to
all of the accounts.

<em>7. From the all mentioned above, you may see that we have more than
enough reasons for closure of this abusers group accounts. The reason
for closure of these 10 accounts and deducting of all the winnings that
have been made by the way of abusing our bet limits and by trying to
abuse all our T&C.

<em>8. As we have already mentioned, nevertheless, the attempt to abuse our
betting system, we allowed to all of these abusing accounts to withdraw
their initial deposit (without deducting any commissions and/or
transactions fee) and to try their chances in another more unsecured
bookmaker.

<em>9. All the closed accounts received appropriate emails to their accounts
with duly explanations. In addition, all those who contacted us via Live
Chat have received detailed explanations from our Customer Support Team.

<em>10. All actions of our Anti-Fraud Team have been made in duly way and in
full accordance to the General Terms and Conditions. See:

directly from any other of the Player's Accounts (including any

site. We will never deduct any penny from our user's account for no reason.

your visitors that we are acting in the proper way with our customers
and that we do not tolerate any betting abusing and misuse of our

we understand that you didn't take a bonus so you cannot be accused to be a bonus abuser, but opening multiple accounts to circumvent bet limits is not permitted.

First of all, thank you newBMR that you have taken steps to resolve my problem.

Now I would like to face with Lsbet reasoning.

I found Lsbet site couple of months ago and decided to register few weeks ago.
I considered their odds interesing regarding betting service providing in play tips.
I decided to recommend Lsbet company to four of my friends. Two of them live at the same address as they are brothers but have different names.

FACTS

I remommended Lsbet company to 4 of my friends.
We play at Lsbet using betting service which provided in play betting tips.

Questions

It is illegal to promote betting site among friend? (I know it is absurd question for normal bookmaker but can have sense for such dodgy like Lsbet who is scared of 5 people from same town)

As I said we used betting service which provided us bets to place. Inevitably we had to have similar bets.

Questions

What is wrong in betting on SHERIFF TIRASPOL? Is it agains T&C? If you are scared of taking bets you should not do such business like bookmaker.
I am asking once anagin you newBMR and Lsbet company, why is it illegal to take odds if they are published.
Is any other bookmaker going to confiscate all winnning just because you bet on
SHERIFF TIRASPOL? Come on..

Yes, you confiscated almost 1000e from me. My other friend was robbed for about 300e.

Ok, now most interesting part.
You have not provide any evidence. If your evidence is that 5 people from same town registered, used your offer and placed bets then that is very weak proof. I really do not know even what this can prove. Any other reputable bookmaker would not do such thing.
You say that I wanted to omit limits but if that could be the truth then explain me why 70% of my bets were below 100e and 30% below 10e? If I want to abuse your betting system then I would play max available stake all the time.
I will provide newBMR my betting history so he can see what bets and stakes was there. Better you provide all players betting history so newBMR can see it.

I will provide newBMR your explanation where you skip for one point to another which suits you more.

Ok, please provide PROOF that I abused any point from T&C.
Reasoning that 5 people from one town is same person is not a proof.

Please tell me what rule from _Rule 1.2.4 of the General T&C_ I have broken.

I have read many comments about you for last couple of days and mine case is not the only one so please do not mislead people by writing empty words. Facts are you do your best to defraud people.

I would like to send newBMR more evidences so please tell me the address where I can send it.
