I was a client of the website LSBet.com
Basically, the website has not honored a self-exclusion request that I've initiated already in August 2013. Back then the website has asked me to send a letter as well as a photo of myself in order to block my account permanently - which I did!
The website, 1 month later, allowed me to re-open the account with a simple request in their chat, without sending any letter at all - which led me to heavy losses with this website. During this time the company kept on offering me bonuses and entice me to play despite the fact I asked several times to self-exclude me permanently again and again.
I have since done my utmost to get my account closed with them without allowing them to re-open it. Eventually only about 2 weeks ago they confirmed my account would be permanently closed.
However, it doesn't compensate for all the losses I had with them, including the many tricks they used to not close my account on a permanent basis despite the fact they confirmed it several times in September and furthermore as well.
Eventually only recently within the past 2 weeks they confirm to me over the chat that my account is closed and cannot be re-opened. However I would like them to compensate against all the bets placed from September after they CONFIRMED TO ME IN WRITING that my account is PERMANENTLY CLOSED and cannot be re-opened.
I have already submitted a complaint through the website (sending an email gets it bounced back).
