I just received a text from a friend of mine that has ALS, aka: Lou Gehrig’s Disease. Living longer than he should has according to his doctors. He was a great athlete. Earned an athletic scholarship to play football and also an academic scholarship.

Anyhow, he said, “Hard work defeats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.”

Think about that for a minute or two..
