Well, I broke the news to my dog "Jade" (yellow lab) that she is no longer in the running for the Lakers coach.

She knew it was a longshot but she had high hopes of leading that team to a championship or at least improving it enough to make the playoffs next year. She figured she couldn't do any worse than Vogel and beside the position is just a token job. The King Queen is the real coach.

She is emotionally drained but the the Hornets did call.
