If this second allegation sticks he is going to be suspended for an extended period so that's a good question, I as a GM certainly wouldn't sign him.

I think most people knew he did it the 1st time and he got off because the wife wouldn't admit to it. If this is true just imagine how many times this kind of thing has happened before in the privacy of the home and not in public. Disgusting and unacceptable and he shouldn't be allowed to be part of Major League Baseball.
