Sad that all the big leagues have their players signed into behavioral contacts...but players are employees and unless they make the behavioral contacts a collective bargaining issue it'll only get worse...I know people want whitewashed sanitized sports to take kids to like they take kids to Disneyland but it's just teaching kids that customers can heckle the performers and performers have to take it because their paid to...personally I rather teach my kids to be realistic and that bad behaviour attracts similar retaliation so it's best to be more careful in this world...

You must not have grew up in the North East. We learned that at a very young age. It is more than just a game

Maybe teacher, Vitty, or Wanderer can chime in on how different it is attending games in the North East. You go elsewhere and games are boring, just no passion or being a lunatic I guess. I can remember going to my 1st Tampa Rays game. What a snooze fest, half empty just senior citizens. The closest I have found to the North East was San Fran Giants. They had the passion but were more sophisticated.
