Justbet/Bookmaker Gubbed issue

I recently set up a new bookmaker account and made a deposit to claim the cash bonus. However, when the funds appeared in my account, the bonus wasn't added. I contacted live chat, and they told me that management has deemed me ineligible for promotions—but they won’t explain why. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know what the reason might be?

Really can be anything - or nothing. Bottom line they are not “required” to honor bonus to anyone - they can reject for any reason - or none at all.

Best you can ask for is agreement to refund the deposit to the original payment method if you don’t wish to play there.

Two of my friends account's instantly gubbed after I recommended bookmaker to them. Not sure if they want new sign ups right now, or they did something wrong

happens all the time to people for different reasons. Ranging from location to IP address. No reason to try to hard to figure out why, nothing you can do about it.

Did you happen to recommend to a friend and they signed up while on your wifi? I had that happen with a friend of mine who used his phone to sign up, but was using my wifi. He ended up getting the bonus, but had to jump on chat and do some explaining. This was a couple years ago though...might not be as friendly now, who knows.
