I recently set up a new bookmaker account and made a deposit to claim the cash bonus. However, when the funds appeared in my account, the bonus wasn't added. I contacted live chat, and they told me that management has deemed me ineligible for promotions—but they won’t explain why. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know what the reason might be?
