Jon Gruden's lawyers: Ruling paves way for "holding the NFL accountable"
The NFL has not provided a comment in response to the finding by the Nevada Supreme Court that the arbitration clause in the NFL's Constitution and Bylaws is "unconscionable" — and thus unenforceable — as to former Raiders coach Jon Gruden.

Here’s the most important question: Will he reject any offer the league makes? A July 2023 ESPN.com article about the leaked emails that forced Gruden to resign asserted that Gruden hopes “to burn the house down.”
I would absolutely love to see Gruden burn the NFL to the ground.
NFL can appeal to the Supreme Court but good luck trying to convince a conservative majority that the head of the league should be in charge of an arbitration process in which he is named as a defendant.
Gruden is going to win.
“I’m looking forward to having the truth come out and I want to make sure what happened to me doesn’t happen to anyone else,” Gruden said in a comment provided by his attorney. “The League’s actions disrupted the whole season, we were leading the division at the time, and they completely blindsided me and the team. What happened wasn’t right and I’m glad the Court didn’t let the NFL cover it up.”
Roger Goodell and the rest of these evil jews and their corrupt system is going to get exposed.
We're going to find out a whole lot, even if the league fixes games which it obviously does.
“We conclude the arbitration clause in the NFL Constitution is unconscionable and does not apply to Gruden as a former employee,” the decision read. “Nor, in the circumstances presented here, can the NFL Parties claim equitable estoppel to enforce the arbitration clause in Gruden’s coaching contract with the Raiders. Because the NFL Parties cannot compel Gruden to arbitrate, we ORDER the judgment of the district court AFFIRMED.”

Nevada Supreme Court sides with Jon Gruden in case vs. NFL, blocking arbitration
The ruling allows the former coach's lawsuit to proceed publicly in court.
