Texans sure could have used a healthy Mixon this season to give them another offensive weapon.

Strange foot injury. Wonder if he will ever play again??

So, what the hell happened to his foot? There are no details on what the injury is.
Crazy.
I was actually looking for some internet evidence videos earlier, maybe it happened during the game, but I found none. So, not sure..maybe he shot himself? The reason why they don't give further details? Never seen such injury confidentiality like this.

I watched the press conferenec and the GM made it sound like it was health related (I think) and not an actual injury. It happened off-season before last year.

Would love to understand this more. I thought he was a decent option for the Texans in the backfield.

They just call it a freak injury that happened in the offseason and the doctor says it’s a unique foot injury that strangely never improved.

Doesn’t sound good at all. Foot injuries, toe, etc. are tough to heal up from and you often see these skill players re-injuring themselves over and over when it happens once.
