I love Ambien, best pill in the world to be honest. It is a misunderstood drug and gets bad press from time to time but it is a miracle drug.

Zolpidem 10mg is what you want, I have been taking it for so many years , I have to double up but your Dr will give you 10mg, do not settle for the .5, the 10mg will do the trick.

I can't sleep without Zolpidem but I am ok with it and have accepted it years ago. My dad is the same way, many people rely on it for sleep.
