Good on you - the no soda is the way to go. Stuff is toxic.
I started making some changes for obvious reasons - I haven't given up soda 100% yet - but have cut way back and of course its diet only these days.
Can't quit gambling though - well I could, just don't want to as it provides a nice little income stream while I'm on disability pay and helps pass the time.
Looking back - I was probably easily doing 3 cans of soda day before - not uncommon to have one for breakfast, one for lunch and then one with a dinner. Now I probably have a half of a diet cola every other day if that. Also cutting back on the coffee - stopped that for a month before starting again. Tea only for me now in the mornings.
